My wife and I had 2 outdated bathrooms completely remodeled and we are very happy with the results. Simeon was our installer, and he was excellent. He communicated well, and always cleaned up after himself. He was very detailed oriented and was always ready to answer any questions we had. His work was first rate, and my wife is very proud of her new bathrooms. This was a particularly difficult remodel requiring teamwork with a flooring company. Bee converted one tub to a shower, replaced a second tub, and installed 2 vanities. Everything looks new and modern, and works perfectly. We highly recommend Dream Baths by Bee. Their windows have always been top quality, but their bathroom designs and installers are just as good. Great experience. Having to design from scratch was not easy, but Simeon took care of all of our concerns, and the sales staff was very helpful with good ideas. Our experience with Bee Window was beyond exceptional from our first phone call with Aaron Hollender (who went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to get my 81 yr old father into a new walk-in shower. He was fantastic!! Then I can't even say enough about the amazing 1 man team who came into his home to install it. Michael Gebs, is a breath of fresh air! He is the most professional, courteous, and polite person in the customer service industry, we have had the pleasure to deal with in a long time. In short, our experience was simply put...phenomenal. We had new patio door,2 windows and an new window cut and put in as well as 2 bathroom remodels. I really like the patio door and the windows I've always wanted fold in windows. Even after the patio door needed replaced after only 2 weeks, the installer Bobby did a great repair job.. The windows already help keep house cooler! The new showers are just wonderful and Mike our installer did it all by himself in 4 days and not 1 mistake, always kept me notified and helped me decide best place for the bar and my shelf towers. He was very nice ,always made sure he measured 2 times, cleaned up after each day and overall friendly. I was amazed how he did this all by himself and it came out perfect. Thank you Mike for great remodel and congrats on the upcoming baby ! I had neighbors already ask who did our remodel and recommend Bee. I will be getting more windows for rest of out house by next year !

We are so impressed with the job Nick Williams did in remodeling our 2 showers. He was here every day at the time he said that he would be. Everything removed was taken out, and all equipment packed into the shower and out of our way, tarps on the carpets rolled up when he left in the afternoon. My husband and I were impressed with one person doing all that work, and then keeping everything so cleaned up so you hardly know you’re having this work done. Nick also kept us updated on the progress as things were getting done. Mainly Nick is just a hard worker and does a very good job. We love our remodeled showers, they both look great. First of all, let me say that Nick is a really nice guy. Polite & very friendly. And now regarding the job. After gutting the old tub & shower, Nick found a leak in the water line behind the wall from a nail. Probably from when the house was in 1999. He repaired it in no time and continued. He laid drop cloths covering our bamboo hardwood floors from the entrance all the way to the bathroom. The new walk in shower looks fantastic, & he cleaned up everything including the bamboo floor in the bathroom all the way out.

Nick W was our installer of a remodeled walk in shower. Nick worked tirelessly for 3 days and 2 hours on the fourth day to remove the old shower wall and ceiling siding, enlarge the shower area requiring moving parts of the walling and installing a larger shower floor tray. He single handily removed the old shower parts from upstairs (16 steps) to the truck in the driveway and carried new lumber and sheets of new siding etc from the truck up the stairs to the shower. The new shower is beautiful and no trash was left behind. Tremendous effort.

We had six regular windows, a picture window and a new patio door installed. We chose the Infinity series and we can already feel the difference! The installers were on time, professional and were finished within the agreed time frame. Our project manager, Aaron, was available every step of the way. Brian created a planter shelf on the exterior of our home as a solution to the removal of the bow window. He even brought our trash can up the driveway since I had a baby in my arms!

But the shining stars were for sure the installers! Rob & his partner had all windows done within the time frame they told us at the beginning. We own a hundred-year-old house with 30 hundred-year-old windows and 30 porous, creaky storm windows. We decided it was time to get efficient. We interviewed several window companies and quickly settled on Bee Window because of the thorough presentation of the representative and the high quality of its Infinity by Marvin products. The rep worked out a competitive price and helped us decide on which of our windows should have the highest priority for replacement. We ordered 24 fiberglass windows, which were stained to our preference by Bee's shop. The windows were sized by a Bee tech. On the day of installation, two installers - Jamie and William - arrived on time and worked tirelessly through late afternoon. They removed the old windows and did the primary installation of all 24 windows in one day. The next day, they and two others did the finish work, demonstrated the operation of the windows and did a walk-through of the project. We're very pleased with the precision of the final product, the helpfulness of the staff and the professionalism of the installers.

I don't usually do reviews, but this one is worthy. After a few bad experiences with independent contractors, it was important to be careful after deciding to replace our windows. I came to Bee mainly because of the longevity of the company, only the reputable can survive this many years. We had a great experience with everybody from sales, to install, to customer service. Jarvin, on the install team suggested that we leave the awning off, due to framing concerns. He was so good as to educate me so that we would avoid problems in the future. Made total sense, and everyone who has seen it, like it so much better without. Thank you, Jarlin. While washing my new windows, a scratch was discovered. My heart sank. I called customer service, they were the best customer service team I've ever dealt with. Since it was time for the holidays we agreed to be patient and fix this right. And fix it right they did!! We paid extra for a quality window with exceptional guarentees and the best contracting experience ever. Employees make the best owners!!

Very professional, very knowledgeable about their craft, but on the other hand they were very personable made you feel relaxed and your getting the very best. I would use them again. Wonderful people to work with and all appeared to love their company. Friendly and fast! We had 14 long direct set windows, 5 crank casements installed that framed out to match our wood almost exactly! We also had 9 sliders installed making our three season room my new “she-cave”. We have already started seeing a difference in our cooling bill. The one ‘snag’ was corrected with very little delay. No mess!!! Hint: Get the bronze wrap, it’s very nice and gave our 60’s home a face lift!!
