Earlier this month my house received new siding from your company. I had collected estimates from other companies… you offered the quality siding I was hoping to find.
The reason I am writing is to commend Bill Bacon who supervised and managed the job from start to finish. Bill has the desire, knowledge and ability to please the customer beyond the agreement. The old statement, "little things mean a lot" is really what makes the finished product memorable. He offered suggestions from lighting, awning and finishing touches to difficult front and back doorways.
We are all very busy - too busy, but I wanted to take a moment from my day to let you know how much I appreciate his attention to detail and desire to please me, the customer.

Just a note to let you know how pleased I am with my new Andersen windows. I knew by replacing my old windows that they would be "new" and more functional - but these have exceeded my expectations!
Also, I would like to say the installers; Justin Richardson and Jim Murriel were so very courteous, skilled, professional and
did such a great job. Their work is so commendable. Mr. Bill Sammauro, your salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable
and so enthusiastic about his product that it was easy to choose "Andersen" from Bee Window Company. It is obvious you are very selective about the quality of your product and your employees.
