Bee Window Launches LIVE CHAT!

Bee Window owner George Faerber believes speed is one of the most critical keys to the success of his business, especially when it comes to his customers. "When people are looking for information about replacement windows or new siding or adding a sunroom to their house," George says, "more and more of them are using the Internet as their primary research tool because they can get a lot of information, and they can get it quickly."

The Web has changed the way many of us gather information, and can be a very useful aid. But what about those times when you have a specific question that you want answered and can't seem to find it covered anywhere? Wouldn't it be nice to just ask your question and get an answer right then and there?

To address this "need for speed", Bee Window introduced 'live chat' on their Web site last week. Users can simply click on an icon, answer a couple of pre-chat questions, and be instantly connected to a representative in the Bee Window Communications Center.

"We're looking for ways we can add value to the information-gathering process," George says. "The 'live chat' piece gives us another way to engage in a dialog with people, regardless of what stage of the (remodeling) process they are in. If someone is going to use the Internet as a tool to get information quickly and accurately, what better way to provide that than an immediate, one-to-one chat with an expert in the field?"

What about all the one-finger, hunt-and-peck typists out there who may be worried that a few questions will turn into an hour-long online chat? Don't panic! Following closely behind the launch of live 'click-to-chat', Bee Window plans to launch a live 'click-to-call' feature which allows Web users to initiate an instant phone call to a Bee Window representative.
