Pumpkin Pie Cake
| 1 16 oz. can pumpkin |
| 4 eggs |
| 1 large can Milnot |
| 1 tsp salt |
| 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice |
| 1 ½ cups sugar |
| 1 pkg yellow cake mix |
| 2 sticks butter, melted |
- Combine the first six ingredients and pour into an ungreased 10" x 13" pan.
- Sprinkle yellow cake mix over the top and pour melted butter over the cake mix.
Sprinkle with nuts. - Bake at 350 degrees for about 1¼ hours (75 minutes)
or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. - Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Yummy!
