BEE’s Best Holiday Cranberry Salad
| 2 cups fresh raw cranberries |
| 1 cup water |
| 1 cup sugar |
| 1 box (3 oz.) cherry Jell-o™ |
| 1 can crushed pineapple |
| ½ cup chopped pecans |
- Heat to boil then simmer first 3 ingredients together until all berries have “popped.”
- Add crushed pineapple and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Remove from heat.
- Immediately add 3 oz. box cherry Jell-o™ stirring until well blended.
- Add chopped pecans. Pour into bowl or Jell-o™ mold and refrigerate until set.
