BEE’s Best Holiday Cranberry Salad

2 cups fresh raw cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 box (3 oz.) cherry Jell-o™
1 can crushed pineapple
½ cup chopped pecans
  • Heat to boil then simmer first 3 ingredients together until all berries have “popped.”
  • Add crushed pineapple and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Immediately add 3 oz. box cherry Jell-o™ stirring until well blended.
  • Add chopped pecans. Pour into bowl or Jell-o™ mold and refrigerate until set.
