Cozy-BEE Fall Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. hot or seasoned sausage
8 slices of bread, cubed
¾ lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 eggs
2 ½ cups milk
½ teas. salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ can Milnot
1 - 4 ½ oz. can or jar sliced mushrooms


  • Spray bottom & sides of a 9”X13” pan with cooking spray.
  • Layer cubed bread, cooked & crumbled sausage and shredded cheese in bottom of pan.
  • Beat eggs, milk and seasonings together then pour over the top.
  • Mix soup, Milnot and mushrooms together then pour over top of egg mixture.
  • Dot with butter or margarine.

  • Bake 45 – 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
